West Africa and Spain, having identify it’s tremendous helth benefits have grown to be the biggest producers and consumers of tigernut, which is used mainly for a milky drink production. known as horchata chufas in Spain and kunu-aya in Nigeria. The dairy free milk and gluten free flour produced with chufas (tigernut) as it known in Spain has increased awareness in other European and Norhern American countries
